HOW WE WORK
Due to the nature of our work, we come to you and therefore requires us to book an appointment after the initial request from you.
Our online and booking system offers two ways you can request services or order products. Many of our clients still prefer contacting us via telephone, text or social channels and we welcome that too. Those clients that have busy days our online system is well equipped to handle your request and take your order.
You contact us via any of the channels available, phone, text, social media, booking agent. We will take your details and your request and follow with an estimate of cost. Once you accept the costs we book the order.
Your product booking will commence within 3 days of acceptance of estimate. During peak times we will inform you of any changes to this time however 3 days is our standard.
Invoicing and payment
Once products are delivered and signed acceptance, verbal or written we will issue you an invoice which can be easily paid online. We offer our corporate clients EFT facilities upon request.
Our online system is a complete e-commerce site and automated, making things a bit easier for those clients who prefer this option. Once you have ordered we will contact you
Once you have selected your products the system will take you through the payment procedure and booking procedure, taking down your details.
Delivery follows within our standard 3 day delivery period. If there are any other products or services required we will issue a seperate invoice for those.
Do you offer regular lawn mowing services?
Yes we do. If your lawn is in need of care we will quote you on an appropiate service, cost and intervals.
How do I pay my invoice?
Open the link sent via email. In the middle of the invoice click on pay this invoice which will allow to pay with debit/credit card
Do you service reticulation systems.
Reticulation is one of our primary service products and we will be glad to assist.
How do I become a booking agent?

Why do we collect your email and mobile number?
We use an online payment system and we use email to mail you your invoice. All your data is confidential.
What is your hourly rate?
Most of our products are not booked out per hour. This means that we quote per job. We work to get the job at hand done in the most efficient way possible.
Are you open on Saturdays and Sundays?
We work 5 days a week. Our staff are very important to us, thus Saturdays are our/their rest day and Sundays are our/their family day.
